WATCH: A Journey Through C.Reality's Design Narrative

In a vibrant exploration of urban essence, Cairo Design Week unveils the narrative of cities, of Cairo. From a single image, a solitary design element, or a graceful curve, the distinct character of a city emerges. In this commemorative 20th-anniversary edition, C.Reality Design embraces Cairo as its muse, drawing inspiration from the city's dynamic streets and enduring charm.

Located on the first floor of Heliopolis’ historic Al Cayan Building, the exhibition transforms space into an immersive journey through Cairo's soul. Each meticulously crafted piece of furniture embodies a unique tale, weaving together the city's architectural landmarks and cultural heritage. The iconic facades of the Cairo Tower grace a dining table, while the Sofitel Hotel stands tall as a symbol of timeless elegance.

Adorned with ancient Egyptian motifs, the wallpaper envelops visitors in a warm and authentic ambience, evoking a sense of home. Collaborating with architect and designer Karim El Hayawan, C.Reality Design introduces a desert simulation, celebrating Egypt's rich heritage. The heart of Heliopolis comes alive with the mesmerizing allure of desert landscapes, echoing the spirit of the land.

As visitors navigate through C.Reality's intricate design concepts, founder and CEO Amir Dous offers us an exclusive tour, unveiling the ethos that defines the brand. Dous emphasizes the power of storytelling in shaping the consumer experience, recognizing that behind every cherished piece lies a compelling tale waiting to be told, and that through it all, they’re not trying to sell just furniture.
