With 20 of the world’s biggest chefs currently in Egypt for Cairo Food Week, Palm Hills steps deliciously into the gourmet story that’s taking over the city by hosting a series of curated culinary experiences at their signature restaurants in the heart of the Palm Hills lifestyle hub in West Cairo.

As Cairo Food Week's 'West District Partner' - with the largest number of participating restaurants - Palm Hills residents are being treated to some of the world’s most renowned culinary talents cooking up a storm right on their literal doorsteps, the collaboration a delectable realization of  the Palm Hills ‘Pride of an Address’ mantra and their commitment to creating exceptional living experiences.

Galambo welcomes 2 Michelin star chef Moreno Cedroni from Madonnina Del Pescatore in Senigallia, offering a tantalising coastal-inspired menu paying homage to Egypt's maritime heritage.

Palm Hills’ Izakaya  - which this year landed on the number 38 spot on MENA’s set 50 Restaurants - sets the stage for a dazzling culinary collaboration between its own award winning head chef Martin Rodriguez ,acclaimed Colombian chef Alvaro Clavijo (whose restaurant El Chato was ranked 33 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants and an impressive second in the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list) and world famous pastry chef Maša Salopek. The 'Pluricultural Dining’ experience invites guests to engage in an exciting fusion of culinary traditions, expanding their gastronomic horizons.

Olivo - the city’s favourite pizzeria and an always popular Palm hills hotspot - is also partaking in the flavorful fun shining the spotlight on Franco Pepe, hailed as the world's finest pizzaiolo for three years in a row.
