World First telc-SIS Academy in Egypt Links Education to Jobs Abroad
Integrated tracks combine German language standards with cultural and professional preparation for study and work in Germany.
A new education model combining language training, technical education and job-market preparation has been launched with the opening of the world’s first telc-SIS Academy in Egypt.
The academy was introduced under the auspices of the Education Development Fund in partnership with Saxony International School, telc gGmbH and Saxony Egypt University for Applied Sciences and Technology, with attendance from a parliamentary delegation from Germany’s Saxony state.
The initiative builds on a cooperation agreement signed last year between the Education Development Fund and Saxony Egypt University to expand applied and technological education and create pathways for students to access international labour markets, particularly in Germany.
The telc-SIS Academy offers integrated tracks that combine German language instruction based on internationally recognised telc standards with cultural orientation and professional preparation. The model is designed to support participants seeking employment or further study opportunities abroad.
