The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill Makes Its Egypt Debut in New Cairo

US-born restaurant The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is officially landing in Egypt on April 16th, with its first branch opening at Regent’s High Street near AUC—and it’s bringing all the sun-soaked flavours of the coast with it.

Think Greek comfort food in Cairo terms: dolmades (basically Greece’s answer to wara enab), creamy hummus, and tzatziki at the centre of the table. The menu leans into familiar Mediterranean staples—fresh, herby and grilled.

The brand, which operates as a casual dining concept in the US, will also offer delivery and a separate catering menu available daily from noon to midnight.
