The announcement was made during Money 20/20 Middle East 2025 in Riyadh. Launched in collaboration with HyperPay, one of the region’s leading fintech and payment gateway providers, the new service introduces a first-of-its-kind ecosystem for the real estate sector, enabling tenants across residential and commercial communities to access a wide range of secure digital payment methods, including flexible rental instalment options. By eliminating the need for direct engagement with financial institutions, the platform simplifies transactions and enhances the overall tenant experience. Founded in 2017, Yarn Cloud provides the property management platform and infrastructure, while HyperPay delivers advanced payment technologies to ensure seamless and secure processing.
