Nusuk App Now Lets Pilgrims Book Electric Carts for Tawaf & Sa'i
Pilgrims can now reserve electric carts through Nusuk for Tawaf and Sa'i at the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
Pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque in Makkah can now book electric carts for Tawaf and Sa'i directly through the Nusuk app.
The service provides an additional mobility option for people performing rituals at the Grand Mosque, particularly elderly visitors and those who have difficulty walking. Users can access the booking feature through the available services inside Nusuk.
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque said the digital booking option complements existing electric cart services and assistance provided to users during their rituals.
The service forms part of wider efforts to expand digital access to services for Umrah pilgrims and visitors, while making mobility options at the Grand Mosque easier to arrange before or during a visit.
