Dubai RTA Offers Commuters Metro-Shaped Igloo Popsicles

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) offered morning commuters free metro-shaped Igloo ice-cream pops at Al-Ghubaiba and Insurance Market stations.

A video posted by RTA on X showed commuters young and old alike lining up to receive their treat, toting backpacks and briefcases on their way to work and school, and posing in front of the camera holding the blue-and-white treats.

The popsicles acted as both a snack and a souvenir, one that metro stations and Dubai malls are known for gifting during occasions like anniversaries, special occasions, or in the hot months.
