UAE’s First AI Designed Business Complex Launches In Sharjah
Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in Sharjah, the smart work resort uses artificial intelligence for dynamic pricing, predictive maintenance and energy optimisation.
Al Marwan Developments has officially launched District 11, the UAE’s first business complex designed entirely using artificial-intelligence tools, in Sharjah. The development spans approximately 3.5 million square feet, distributed across 11 buildings, and includes a 368-room hotel and around 3,000 parking spaces. Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311), near key residential areas, the airport and University City, District 11 merges strategic location with intelligent infrastructure designed to meet investor, commercial and future-workplace needs. The initiative aligns with Sharjah’s broader strategy for digital and sustainable transformation under the guidance of His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, aiming to enhance data-driven services, market transparency and investor-confidence through advanced technologies.
