Kayan Wellness Festival Lands in Abu Dhabi This February 6th-8th
Expect a packed itinerary of talks, experiential practices, curated workshops, interactive activities, live music, and immersive sound journeys.
Kayan Wellness Festival will take place on Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi from February 6th to 8th, bringing together practitioners, speakers, and attendees for three days focused on wellbeing, movement, and discussion. The open-air event centres on practical approaches to physical and mental health, alongside conversations around creativity, balance, and everyday wellness.
The programme includes talks, panel discussions, and fireside chats, alongside hands-on sessions such as breathwork, stretching, somatic movement, sound healing, guided meditation, and ice baths. Workshops, interactive activities, live music, and sound-based performances run across the weekend, allowing visitors to engage at their own pace.
Families are included in the programme, with dedicated activities designed for younger attendees. Food and drink options will be available throughout the site, with a focus on lighter, nourishing concepts, while hospitality lounges provide additional space for premium pass holders.
More than 70 practitioners and over 100 talks and sessions are scheduled across the three days, with speakers including Peter Crone, Marianne Williamson, Dr Khaled Ghattas, and Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.
Passes are available via the Kayan Wellness Festival’s official website.
