Breez AI Raises $1.3 Million Pre-Seed to Scale Voice Orchestration
Backed by Wamda Capital with DASH Ventures and FENA Holdings, Breez AI builds a no-code platform to deploy real-time voice automation across enterprise phone operations.
Enterprise phone lines still falter when AI meets legacy telecom infrastructure. US–Jordanian startup Breez AI is building for that gap, raising $1.3 million in a pre-seed round led by Wamda Capital, with participation from DASH Ventures and FENA Holdings.
Founded in 2025 by Karim Malhas, Breez AI is a no-code voice orchestration platform that enables enterprises to deploy real-time, natural-sounding Voice AI across phone operations within minutes. The company says it aims to reduce call failures, response delays, and missed customer opportunities while avoiding added engineering or operational headcount.
The startup is targeting the limits of traditional telecom systems in supporting modern voice AI, pointing to issues such as high latency and inconsistent performance. Breez AI says the challenge lies in fragmented infrastructure rather than the AI itself, and it is positioning its platform as the orchestration layer to enable reliable voice automation. The company has begun paid proofs of concept designed for thousands of daily calls and is partnering with AI and contact-centre providers on deployments across North America and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
With the new capital, Breez AI plans expansion into North America and the Gulf Cooperation Council and is forging partnerships with AI and contact-centre providers to support deployments in these regions. The funding will also accelerate product development and global expansion efforts.
