Egyptian Actor Asser Yassin Co-Founded New Menswear Label ASH
For Yassin, the launch marks his first venture into fashion after nearly two decades as one of Egypt’s most recognisable actors.
Egyptian actor Asser Yassin has added fashion to his growing list of creative ventures with the launch of ASH, a new contemporary menswear label co-founded alongside friends Islam Yassin and Seif Shimy.
Officially unveiled during a launch event at La Plage by La Maison Ani in Hacienda White on Egypt’s North Coast, ASH introduces a wardrobe built around the essentials. The debut collection centres on relaxed shirts, polos, crewnecks and softly tailored separates in a soft palette of sand, stone, sea blue, brown and off-white.
For Yassin, the launch marks his first venture into fashion after nearly two decades as one of Egypt’s most recognisable actors. Since his breakout role in Messages from the Sea, he has built a career spanning acclaimed films including Rags and Tatters and Diamond Dust, as well as hit television series such as Grand Hotel, 100 Wesh and Suits Arabia.
