Public Prosecution Services Launch on Ana Vodafone App

Digital Public Prosecution services are being rolled out on the Ana Vodafone mobile application, giving users access to a range of criminal, family and traffic-related services through a single platform.

Launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Vodafone Egypt and eFinance, the new services allow users to view case records, check the status of criminal and family cases, request certified copies of case files, judgments and hearing records, and obtain official certificates related to criminal cases, family cases and inheritance declarations.

The application also enables users to check, pay and appeal traffic fines electronically, obtain traffic clearance certificates, and track requests submitted to the Public Prosecution. According to the prosecution, the services will be introduced gradually following directives from Public Prosecutor Counsellor Mohamed Shawky to expand access to digital judicial services.

The initiative forms part of the Public Prosecution's broader strategy to build an integrated digital justice system by making services available across both government and private-sector platforms. The strategy also seeks to strengthen cooperation between state institutions and technology providers, expand partnerships with the private sector and support the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.

The rollout follows the launch of a separate online service that enables citizens to check criminal judgments registered under their national ID numbers through the Public Prosecution's website using a verified Digital Egypt account. It also builds on services introduced through the My Orange application in November 2025, which include electronic fee payments, request tracking and document delivery, extending the prosecution's digital partnerships with Egypt's mobile network operators.
