Lost-and-Found Items Can Now Be Delivered Across the UAE
Dubai Police has introduced a doorstep delivery service for recovered lost property anywhere in the Emirates.
Recovered lost property can now be delivered directly to homes and workplaces across the UAE under a new service introduced by Dubai Police.
The service allows people whose belongings have been recovered after being reported lost in Dubai to request delivery to a residential or workplace address anywhere in the country's seven emirates, removing the need to visit a police customer service centre to collect the items.
According to Dubai Police, customers wishing to use the service can arrange delivery by contacting the force's call centre. The option applies to items recovered in Dubai and can be delivered regardless of the customer's emirate of residence.
The initiative forms part of Dubai Police's wider efforts to expand smart, customer-focused services by simplifying procedures and making public services more accessible and convenient.
The force said the new option is intended to improve the customer experience by providing faster access to recovered belongings while eliminating the need for in-person collection. It added that the service supports ongoing efforts to enhance government service efficiency through digital and proactive solutions.
