Dubai Police Deploys 36 AI-Powered Bots Across Operations
The software robots are handling repetitive tasks as Dubai Police expands AI across policing, administration and public services.
Dubai Police has deployed 36 robotic process automation bots across its operations as artificial intelligence takes on a larger role in policing, administration and public services.
The authority describes robotic process automation, or software robotics, as the use of automated bots to carry out repetitive tasks that would otherwise be handled manually.
Dubai Police said the deployment is helping reduce routine workloads and free staff to focus on more specialised work, while increasing productivity across different areas of the force.
The authority also reported a public service continuity rate of 99.97% this year, alongside a systems continuity rate of 99.92%.
Technology already plays a central role in services such as Smart Police Stations, which allow residents to access a range of policing services without relying on traditional staffed counters.
Dubai Police said it plans to continue expanding the use of AI across police, administrative and operational activities, with a focus on decision-making and faster response times.
