India was originally set to host the T20 showdown—but now, all eyes turn to the UAE as eight teams battle it out from September 9th to 28th.

The Men’s Asia Cup Cricket Tournament—a fast-paced Twenty20 competition originally scheduled to be hosted in India—will now take place in the UAE from September 9th to 28th, 2025.
Eight teams—India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, UAE, Oman, and Hong Kong—will face off across major cricket venues in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
The tournament kicks off with two groups of four teams each, with the top two from each group progressing to the Super Four stage, leading to a final showdown on September 28th.
India and Pakistan find themselves in the same group, setting up a highly anticipated match on September 14th. The tournament also serves as a warm-up for the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup, adding further intensity to the competition.
