UAE Ministry of Interior Launches Unified Cybercrime Platform
Citizens, residents, companies, and government entities can now use one unified platform to report cybercrime in the UAE.

As part of its mission to safeguard the nation’s digital infrastructure, the UAE Ministry of Interior has launched a unified Cybercrime Platform—an integrated federal tool designed to combat the rising threat of online crime.
Developed by the Ministry’s Federal Department for Combating Cybercrime, the platform provides a streamlined gateway for citizens, residents, companies, and government entities to report incidents, seek consultation, and access critical information related to cybercrime.
Accessible via the MOIUAE smart app and the Ministry’s official website, the platform includes three core services: Cybercrime Report Submission, Information Sharing, and Expert Consultation. These functions enable users to file complaints, submit information relevant to ongoing or suspected crimes, and receive legal guidance on navigating digital threats.
The platform was built in response to a growing spectrum of cyber risks—including online fraud, phishing scams, cyber extortion, privacy violations, and digital harassment. By linking reports directly to Public Prosecution, it facilitates faster case processing and more efficient legal follow-up. It also plays a preventive role by offering educational resources and clear guidance on how to identify and avoid cyber threats.
Now live on all major app stores, the platform is positioned to become a key component of the UAE’s national cybersecurity framework.
