Ratios Bakery Opens at the Grand Egyptian Museum

Egyptian artisan bakery Ratios, which started its journey as a local husband-and-wife bakery in Maadi, has just opened a new location inside the Grand Egyptian Museum. This will be their third store across Cairo, marking a huge milestone for the homegrown brand.

The brand's modern, minimalist aesthetic blends well into the timeless design of GEM. In addition to the world's largest collection dedicated to one civilization - that of Ancient Egypt - visitors to the museum will now also be able to enjoy Ratios' famed sourdough bread and pastries.
