Ministry of Hajj & Umrah to Host Global Hajj Conference
Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Jeddah event gathers more than 260 exhibitors and more than 95 speakers under the theme 'From Makkah to the World'.
                The fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition will run from November 9th to the 12th, 2025 at Jeddah Superdome, under the theme 'From Makkah to the World'. Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the event will present initiatives and services aimed at advancing the Hajj ecosystem for pilgrims from around the world.
Spanning 52,000 square metres, the exhibition will feature more than 260 exhibitors across 13 sectors including tourism, technology, healthcare and operations. The programme includes more than 95 international speakers participating in 80 panel discussions and 60 workshops, with more than 100 ideas set to be presented. Attendance is expected to surpass 150,000 visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will showcase several initiatives at the event, including E’asha-thon, introducing a model for flexible and personalised meal delivery; Humanising the Holy Sites, focused on enhancing visitor comfort; and Sustainable Solutions, promoting clean energy, smart cooling technologies and efficient resource management during the pilgrimage. An Innovation Zone will host 15 tech start-ups competing in three challenges aimed at improving crowd management and operations through artificial intelligence and data analytics.
The event will include the signing of strategic agreements and partnerships to strengthen collaboration across the Hajj sector, with a focus on digitisation, system integration and service quality at the holy sites. Conference themes will cover digital transformation, smart management and operational sustainability, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
