Internet Users Affected By Ramses Fire to Be Compensated

To compensate users affected by the recent Ramses Exchange building fire, the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has instructed service providers to offer additional data bundles and billing discounts.

Prepaid users will receive an extra data bundle equal to 50% of their original package, while postpaid users will be granted a 30% discount on their monthly bill. The measures apply to both mobile and fixed internet subscribers impacted by the disruption.

The NTRA stated that it will continue monitoring service quality in coordination with operators to prevent further outages.
