Dubai Universities to Introduce AI & Robotics Degrees in 2025
Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City will roll out new academic programmes in 2025, including degrees in AI, game development, and creative arts.

New university programmes in artificial intelligence, robotics, game development, and creative arts are set to launch in 2025 at Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City. The expansion supports Dubai’s Education Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aim to position the city among the world’s top ten global education hubs by 2033.
The upcoming offerings include degrees in emerging and interdisciplinary fields such as AI, robotics, financial technology, and digital media. Universities across both academic hubs have also announced new scholarship opportunities to expand access to higher education and support the development of a future-ready workforce.
The academic expansion aligns with national efforts to advance digital transformation and attract specialised talent to key growth sectors such as sustainability, property technology, and the creative economy. Dubai was highlighted as a secure and well-resourced environment for AI education, supported by various public-private sector partnerships.
Both education hubs fall under TECOM Group, which operates a network of specialised business districts, including Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Design District.
