The Khalifa Award for Education has launched the Children’s Creativity Storytelling Competition in Abu Dhabi, inviting children aged 7 to 15 to take part in a national contest celebrating imagination and Arabic storytelling. The competition runs from November 1st to November 10th, 2025, and is being organised in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) as part of Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Week, which will take place from November 17th to 23rd. The contest features two categories: Creative Buds (ages 7–9), requiring 150–200-word stories, and Emerging Writers (ages 10–15), with a 200–300-word limit. Submissions must be original works written in Arabic and cannot include AI-generated content. Winners will be announced during Early Childhood Week and will receive cash prizes, certificates, commemorative shields, and publication opportunities for their stories through the Khalifa Award’s official platforms.
