12 Top Dubai Chefs to Take Part in Weekend Pop-Up on April 25th
Big names behind some of the city’s best restaurants are serving up an 11-course tasting menu to 100 lucky guests.
For all you Dubai foodies, this is a weekend event you do not want to miss. Twelve of the city’s top chefs will come together for Gault & Millau’s inaugural Culinary Innovators event, from April 25th to the 27th, putting together the poshest plates in town for guests to taste and gawp over.
For three consecutive nights at ICD Brookfield’s The Space, big names like Grégoire Berger (Ossiano), Hamanshu Saini (Trèsind Studio), Kelvin Cheung (Jun’s) and Mohamad and Wassim Orfali (Orfali Bros. Bistro) will present a lip-smacking 11-course tasting menu, with one dish prepared by each chef and their team. Only 100 tickets are available for each night - that's 300 in total for the whole weekend - so you’ll have to be quick when tickets are released.
