Park Regis by Prince Makes its Debut on the UAE’s Dubai Islands
The Park Regis by Prince, one of just three developments within Dubai Islands, has officially opened its doors.
The newly opened Park Regis by Prince, a premier hotel on Dubai Islands developed by StayWell Holdings, heralds the latest addition to one of Dubai’s most anticipated projects – Dubai Islands.
In terms of culinary creations, Park Regis by Prince offers several distinct dining options, such as Jalun, serving international cuisine, Yakamoz, specializing in Levantine delicacies, O Choko, a Japanese lobby café, and Yamba Rock, the inviting pool bar.

Conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this new hotel – the second out of three – joins the esteemed Centara Mirage Beach Resort, which opened its doors in October 2021 under the area's former name, Deira Islands.
