Professional Fighters League Comes to MENA on April 26th

Come April 26th, Riyadh becomes the epicenter of combat sports as Professional Fighters League MENA (PFL MENA) kicks off.

PFL has created a dominant force in the MMA scene, which is recognized as the fastest-growing sports league on a global scale. Boasting five live fight franchises, PFL ensures year-round entertainment with the PFL League Season, PFL PPV Super Fights, PFL Challenger Series, PFL International Leagues and Bellator.

The journey to creating a regional presence began with a roar on February 24th when PFL MENA offered a taste of what's to come. Champions from PFL went toe-to-toe in Riyadh with their counterparts from Bellator in a clash of titans, setting the stage on fire and igniting the fervor for the league's grand entrance.

PFL MENA promises an adrenaline-fueled four-event sport-season format, featuring the crème de la crème of fighters from the region. Names like Ahmed Amir, Mostafa Rashed Neda, Omar El-Dafrawy, and Abdullah Al-Qahtani are all expected to join the ring, bringing the total number of fighters to 32 fighters, all competing across 4 weight classes in a sports-season format.

The league also plans to organize showcase fights aimed at nurturing local and regional talents, exemplified by Hattan Alsaif. As the first female fighter from Saudi Arabia to secure a contract with a major global MMA promotion, she is set to make her amateur PFL debut in featured bouts on the PFL MENA cards.

PFL will be teaming up with SRJ Sports Investments. It will have primetime presence on ESPN/ESPN+ in the US, and will be broadcast in 150 countries with 20 premium media distribution partners.
