World’s First Giorgio Armani Beach Villas Are Coming to Ras Al Khaimah

Giorgio Armani is taking his design language from the runway to the shoreline with a new real estate project in Ras Al Khaimah. The fashion house has partnered with RAK Properties and SIE Group to develop the Armani Beach Residences, a collection of branded beach villas and apartments nestled on Raha Island, just off the UAE’s Arabian Gulf coast.

The project marks the first time Armani has put his name to beachfront residences. The location - set within the upscale Mina Al Arab district - offers direct access to the sea, with panoramic views and a dedicated members-only beach club. The villas are designed by Armani and his architectural team and borrow from his personal interiors, blending subdued tones and precise lines with coastal influences.

Owners can expect a package of bespoke amenities, from concierge services to private events curated by the fashion group. The concept stretches Armani’s haute couture ethos - tailoring, luxury materials, and meticulous detail - into a physical lifestyle experience on the water’s edge.

This particular launch coincides with several milestones for Armani: the 25th anniversary of Armani Casa, 50 years of the Giorgio Armani brand, and two decades of Armani Privé couture collections - all of which position the project as both personal and strategic.

For Ras Al Khaimah, this collaboration is less about celebrity cachet and more about branding the coastline as a new space for design-conscious living. With fashion labels increasingly testing their influence beyond apparel, the Armani beach villas could signal more than just oceanfront indulgence - they point to where lifestyle branding may be headed next.
