You Can Now Book Khufu's Bistro "At Night" This Summer

Khufu’s Bistro is finally staying up past sunset. Beginning Thursday, July 20th, the beloved Giza restaurant introduces evening service for the first time, offering dinner with an unrivalled view - at the foot of the Great Pyramid - through August 20th.

Two seatings will be available nightly: from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, and again from 8:30 to 11:00 PM, giving diners the rare chance to watch the desert slip from sun-soaked ochre to deep, cinematic blue. As dusk settles in, the last light glints off the ancient stones, and a hush falls over the plateau, broken only by the occasional rustle of wind across limestone.

The menu features Chef Mostafa Seif’s signature spread - a mingling of local ingredients and fine-dining precision. Think molokhia with a silken finish, delicately grilled quail, and citrus-dressed lentils that somehow taste like the desert feels at night: grounded, elemental, and timeless.

Tables accommodate up to eight guests. Space is limited, and reservations will close once each seating reaches capacity. Bring a shawl, and an appetite for history.
