Sear Stk. is swapping its North Coast truck stops for a more permanent setup in New Cairo. After a summer popping up at Hacienda Red and Playa, the steak-focused concept has opened at The Drive 2, bringing its casual take on steakhouse favourites back to the city.
The menu keeps things centred around the good stuff, with tenderloin and Denver steak served alongside fries or tucked into sandwiches. There's also a burger selection made using steak trimmings, plus mini burger coins for when one burger simply won't cut it. Round things off with truffle Parmesan fries and mac and cheese.
