Škoda Auto Opens Its First Showroom in Saudi Arabia
The Jeddah opening marks Škoda Auto’s official market entry, with two more showrooms planned nationwide.
Škoda Auto has officially entered the Saudi Arabian market with the opening of its first showroom in Jeddah, launched in partnership with SAMACO Motors, the exclusive dealer for Volkswagen Group brands in the Kingdom since 1978.
The Jeddah site marks the first phase of a three-location rollout, with additional Škoda showrooms planned in Al Khobar and Riyadh. All locations will follow the brand’s latest global retail concept, designed around a digital, customer-focused showroom experience.
“The addition of Škoda to our brand portfolio is a proud and pivotal moment for SAMACO Motors," Mohammed Samy Raffa, CEO of SAMACO Motors, said. "Škoda represents an exciting opportunity to bring vehicles that are practical, innovative, and perfectly aligned with the needs of our modern customers. We are committed to providing the Saudi market with unparalleled automotive solutions, supported by world-class service and an expanding network.”
Saudi Arabia has been identified as a priority growth market within Škoda Auto’s Middle East and international expansion plans. The Saudi line-up will span SUVs and sedans, aligning with regional demand patterns, as the brand continues to expand its footprint beyond Europe. In 2025, Škoda delivered more than 1,040,000 vehicles to customers worldwide.
