Women-Only Beach Planned Within Al Mamzar Redevelopment
A dedicated women-only area will form part of Al Mamzar’s upgraded waterfront.
A dedicated women-only beach is being developed as part of the wider upgrade of Al Mamzar Beach, introducing a private coastal space within one of Dubai’s largest waterfront projects.
The area will form part of a AED 400 million redevelopment, with completion expected by late 2025, and is designed as a fully integrated section of the beach rather than a temporary or partitioned zone.
The women-only stretch will include controlled access points and built-in privacy measures, alongside facilities such as a sports club, children’s play areas and commercial services.
It will also connect to a broader network of walking, running and cycling paths linking Al Mamzar Creek Beach and Al Mamzar Park.
Access to the area will be restricted to women, with the design incorporating privacy features as a core element of the layout.
