The UAE State Security Department launched a confidential public reporting service that allows people to submit security-related concerns anonymously under the campaign slogan “State Security is Everyone’s Responsibility.” The service operates around the clock and is accessible through a toll free number, a dedicated website, a mobile application, and SMS. According to the UAE State Security Department, the platform accepts reports on extremist activities, suspicious behaviour, threats to national unity, insults or defamation targeting the state and its symbols, espionage, information leaks, and any conduct that could disrupt public order or community safety. The department stated that individuals can file reports without revealing their identity, with submissions handled under strict privacy and data protection standards. Officials said the initiative is designed to encourage early intervention by combining community vigilance with professional security oversight to prevent potential risks before they escalate. The department emphasised that confidentiality is fundamental to the service, with all reports processed securely to maintain anonymity while protecting personal data in line with international standards.
