Tourists Banned From Bringing Portable Gas Stoves to Madinah Hotels

Guests staying at tourist hospitality facilities in Madinah are no longer permitted to bring portable gas stoves or gas cylinders into hotels and furnished apartments.

The directive was issued by the Ministry of Tourism Saudi Arabia to operators, requiring enforcement across all licensed facilities.

According to the ministry, the decision is based on Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Tourist Hospitality Facility Regulations issued by ministerial order.

Operators have been instructed to ensure full compliance with the regulation, as well as adherence to broader directives issued by relevant authorities.
