Saudi Housing Programme Begins Nationwide Home Handovers
Saudi Arabia has started handing over homes nationwide under the Jood Eskan programme, with phased deliveries planned across all regions.
Saudi Arabia’s Developmental Housing Foundation has begun handing over homes to eligible citizens across the Kingdom under the Jood Eskan housing initiative, marking the start of a phased national delivery plan.
The programme is backed by a SAR 1 billion personal contribution from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, allocated to support housing provision for families in need. The funding is being used to accelerate construction and ensure timely delivery of completed units.
According to the programme’s framework, home handovers will be carried out in six phases, with each phase covering two regions per month. The foundation aims to complete all allocated housing projects within 12 months, with construction and delivery taking place across multiple regions simultaneously.
