London Law Firm Stephenson Harwood Opens Offices in Riyadh & Al Khoba
Stephenson Harwood joins a growing list of international law firms setting up in Saudi Arabia as the country continues to modernise its legal and commercial sectors.
London-based law firm Stephenson Harwood has officially entered the Saudi market, opening offices in Riyadh and Al Khobar as part of its regional expansion strategy.
The move strengthens the firm’s Middle East footprint and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s ongoing economic diversification, which has driven growing demand for legal expertise in infrastructure, energy, logistics, and finance.
The Saudi offices will be led by partners Marcus Latta, Khurram Ali, and Tammy Samuel, who bring experience across transport, marine, and finance law. The firm aims to provide on-the-ground support to domestic and international clients operating in the kingdom’s rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Stephenson Harwood joins a growing list of international law firms setting up in Saudi Arabia as the country continues to modernise its legal and commercial sectors under Vision 2030. The expansion marks a further step in the globalisation of the Saudi legal market, which has seen increased cross-border partnerships and new licensing frameworks for foreign practices.
