Dubai Racing Club Plans Global Equine Token Marketplace

Dubai Racing Club has outlined plans to launch a global equine token marketplace that would allow fans and investors to purchase digital tokens linked to a racehorse’s campaign, effectively giving supporters a financial and experiential stake in the sport. The programme is being developed in partnership with Tokinvest, a Dubai-based regulated platform, and remains subject to regulatory approval.
Under the proposed model, token holders would be entitled to participate in race earnings associated with the tokenised portion of a horse. In addition to potential financial returns, the programme is designed to offer tiered engagement opportunities, with benefits varying depending on the level of participation. These may include access to race-day experiences, premium hospitality, stable visits and curated behind-the-scenes activities connected to a horse’s racing journey.
Dubai Racing Club said the initiative is intended to deepen fan engagement by combining horseracing’s long-standing traditions with emerging financial technologies. The club stressed that the programme is not yet available to the public and that further details on participation structures, racehorses included and tier benefits will be announced closer to launch.
The marketplace is being targeted for introduction during the 2026–2027 racing season in Dubai, subject to regulatory and operational readiness.
