The programme offers role-based training to improve efficiency and modernise government services.
Digital Dubai has launched a programme to train 50,000 government employees in artificial intelligence, in partnership with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence under the Dubai Future Foundation.
The initiative, titled the AI Workforce Transformation Programme (AI+), is designed to modernise public services and improve operational efficiency by equipping government staff with practical AI skills.
The programme introduces role-based learning tracks tailored to different levels, including senior leadership, managers, product and service owners, Chief AI Officers and frontline employees.
Senior leaders will receive training focused on AI strategy, global practices and adoption challenges, while Chief AI Officers will take part in workshops and case studies centred on implementing Dubai’s AI policies.
Product and service owners will be trained to develop and measure AI-driven solutions, and managers will focus on integrating AI into team workflows and identifying automation opportunities. Employees across departments will receive hands-on training in AI-powered productivity tools, automation and prompt engineering.
