Abdel Halim Hafez's Home Is Now Open for Visitors
Daily morning visits require pre-booked slots via the family’s Facebook page, except Wednesdays and Fridays.

The family of legendary Egyptian singer Abdel Halim Hafez has reopened his Cairo home to visitors as part of an initiative to register the property as a UNESCO-recognised heritage site.
Visits are available daily in a morning slot, except Wednesdays and Fridays, and must be booked in advance via the family’s official Facebook page. Walk-ins are not accepted, with all visits carefully managed to preserve the home’s contents.
As part of the heritage bid, the family is calling on fans to support by rating the house on Google and Facebook. On Google, users can search “Abdel Halim Hafez House” to leave a star rating and comment, while on Facebook, they can submit recommendations directly on the page. These reviews are meant to help document public interest and strengthen the case for recognition.
