Resquad AI Raises $1.5M Ahead of KSA AI Recruitment Platform Launch
Led by SRG, the seed round will support Resquad AI’s official launch and expansion across the GCC and international markets.
Saudi Arabia–based talent management startup Resquad AI has raised $1.5 million in a seed funding round as it prepares for the official launch of its AI-powered technical recruitment platform. The round was led by SRG, with participation from angel investors.
Founded in 2024 by Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Jafaari, Resquad AI operates as a SaaS platform and global B2B marketplace designed to streamline technical hiring. The company focuses on automating recruitment workflows for developers, combining AI-driven screening, matching, pricing, compliance, and payments within a single digital ecosystem.
The platform is built on a proprietary large language model tailored for technical recruitment. According to the company, the system is designed to significantly shorten hiring timelines—by as much as 99%—while giving employers secure access to a global pool of developers beyond geographical boundaries.
Resquad AI said the new capital will be used to advance its technology, expand its team, and accelerate growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council, alongside selective international expansion. The company has already built an operational network spanning more than 52 countries, positioning itself as one of the Saudi platforms enabling cross-border technical recruitment.
