Bybit Launches In-App AI Assistant for Trading & Support

UAE-based cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has launched Bybit AI, an in-app conversational assistant designed to combine trading, account management and customer support within a single chat interface.

The tool allows users to describe tasks in plain language, with the system interpreting their intent and carrying out actions on their behalf. These can range from checking portfolio balances and placing trades to managing notifications or submitting support requests.

In its initial rollout, Bybit AI is available across Spot, Futures and Options trading, Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card, Spot X, the Rewards Hub, and subscription and notification management. A separate support function works alongside human customer-service agents to handle queries.

“Bybit AI is an important part of our roadmap for the New Financial Platform,” said Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit. “The idea is simple: you tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get it done.”

Eligible users activate the feature by creating a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account. Bybit said this account is isolated from a user’s main balance to limit potential risks associated with AI-driven actions, while avoiding the need for API keys or manual configuration.

The company said its longer-term roadmap will use Open API infrastructure to bring more of its trading, lending, card, earning and customer-support services into the same conversational interface.
