Egypt Proptech Challenge Launches Global Competition at Cityscape 2025
Winners of the 2025 challenge will secure a package of benefits offered by Cityscape Egypt, 500 Global, and WRK, including an exhibition space at future editions of Cityscape Egypt.

The second edition of the Egypt PropTech Challenge is set to take place inside Cityscape Egypt 2025, in collaboration with global venture capital firm 500 Global. The platform positions itself as a leading regional stage for early and growth stage startups at the intersection of real estate and technology, giving them a chance to showcase their innovations before market leaders and investment experts.
The competition unfolds across three rounds at the Egypt International Exhibition Center: local early-stage startups compete on September 24th, local growth-stage startups on September 25th, and international startups on September 27th.
A distinguished panel of judges includes Abdallah Sallam, President and CEO of Madinet Masr; Dina El-Shenoufy, Co-Founder and General Partner, F6 Ventures; Tarek Taha, Fintech and Innovation Hub Director at the Central Bank of Egypt; Zeina Mandour, Venture Investments Manager at Dar Ventures; Mo Salah, Founding Managing Partner of Pitlane Ventures (Jordan); and Moataz Abuonq, Investor, Founder and CEO of Value Makers Studio (Saudi Arabia).
Winners of the 2025 challenge will secure a package of benefits offered by Cityscape Egypt, 500 Global, and WRK+ (The GrEEK Campus and MQR). These include complimentary exhibition space at a future edition of Cityscape Egypt, access to WRK+ professional workspaces, and other resources to support their product development and fundraising efforts.
