AIREV Secures Strategic Investment From Singapore’s Terra Invest

UAE-based artificial intelligence startup AIREV has closed an undisclosed strategic funding round with participation from Singapore’s Terra Invest, with the capital set to support international expansion and the development of sovereign AI applications in financial services and healthcare.

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, AIREV develops OnDemand, an agentic AI platform used across enterprise and consumer applications. The company says the platform serves more than four million users through over 300 specialised AI agents, supports more than 50 languages and can be deployed on customer devices, on-premises infrastructure, sovereign data centres and cloud platforms.

The investment is accompanied by collaborations with Terra Invest portfolio companies Kairos Wealth and Shukra. With Kairos Wealth, AIREV plans to integrate agentic AI into wealth management, trading, portfolio management, advisory, compliance and regulatory technology. The companies have not disclosed a commercial launch date or customer targets.

AIREV is also working with Shukra on healthcare wearables, including the Shukra One smart ring, which is designed to combine biometric information with AI-supported analysis and physician-defined medical protocols. No launch timing, regulatory approvals or independently verified clinical performance have been announced.

The company said OnDemand processed 6.8 trillion tokens in the second quarter of 2026, representing roughly sixfold year-on-year growth, although those figures are company-reported. AIREV did not disclose the investment amount, valuation, ownership stakes or any additional investors participating in the round.
