Etihad Launches Flights to Seven New Global Destinations

Etihad Airways has unveiled seven new destinations as part of its continued strategy to boost point-to-point travel into Abu Dhabi.

The new routes will connect the UAE capital to Almaty (Kazakhstan), Baku (Azerbaijan), Bucharest (Romania), Medina (Saudi Arabia), Tbilisi (Georgia), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), and Yerevan (Armenia).

The newly announced flights are set to go on sale in the coming days, with services launching from March 2026. The Medina route will kick off earlier, starting November 2025.

These additions bring Etihad’s total number of newly announced destinations for 2025 to 27, following previous rollouts of year-round and seasonal routes.
