Equinox Hotels’ first property outside the US has opened at Triple Bay, bringing its high-performance wellness model to the Red Sea.
Equinox Hotels has opened its first property outside the United States, bringing Equinox Resort Amaala to Marina Village in Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.
This is very much a hotel for people who like their downtime engineered. Rooms come with circadian lighting, acoustic insulation and climate control designed around better sleep, while the resort’s fitness spaces cover 704 sqm indoors and out.
Recovery gets even more elaborate at the 1,602 sqm spa, where the Equinox X Circuit brings together cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hydrotherapy and hot-and-cold contrast treatments.
“Equinox has built a global reputation around high-performance living, and bringing that expertise to AMAALA reinforces our ambition to create a destination where wellness, sport and luxury come together,” said John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global.
There are also four outdoor pools, including a lap pool and a rooftop magnesium salt pool overlooking Triple Bay, Amaala Marina and Amaala Yacht Club.
When it is finally time to stop optimising yourself, dining is spread across Mint + Co, Soho Souk, Sama Ai and EQX Den.
The resort has 128 rooms and suites, including two penthouses, alongside 21 branded residences.
