Ulta Beauty Will Open in Dubai's Mall of the Emirates

Ulta Beauty is coming to Dubai. The US retailer, with more than 1,400 stores across America, will open its first Middle East location later this year at Mall of the Emirates.

The chain is known for collapsing the gap between mass and prestige: Pat McGrath, Tatcha and Milk Makeup stocked alongside Dyson, IT Cosmetics and Ouai. Industry sources suggest the launch could also unlock access to brands not yet widely available in the region, including Colourpop, Peach & Lily, Dibs, Polite Society and Juvia’s Place.

Backed by franchise operator Alshaya Group, the move marks one of the most significant international beauty arrivals in the Gulf in recent years.
