Saudi’s Mahool Records to Host Debut Cairo Showcase at CJC 610 May 15
The party features a lineup of regional and local artists like Dish Dash, Awadly, Sokkary, Delrady and F-Spins.
Saudi-born label Mahool Records is set to make its Cairo debut at Cairo Jazz Club 610 on Thursday, May 15th.
Operating under the MDLBEAST Records umbrella, Mahool has been spotlighting the diverse talents within the region’s electronic scene. They have quickly carved out an identity as a curator of innovative sounds across Saudi Arabia, hosting events everywhere from rooftop parties amid AlUla’s mountains and pack-out nights at Beast House, to having their own designated stage at A Thousand and One music festival.
For their Cairo showcase, they are coming in with a lineup of regional and local talents, such as Saudi’s techno trailblazing duo Dish Dash, and Egyptian DJ and producer Awadly, known for his flavourful blend of house and minimal tech. The party will also feature Mahool’s Egyptian resident Sokkary, along with Cairo’s fresh selects, Delrady and F-Spins.
