Kalidou Koulibaly Launches Italian Cloud Kitchen in Riyadh

What do Senegal, France, Italy, and Saudi Arabia have in common? In this case, it’s Forza.

Kalidou Koulibaly, the Al Hilal SFC defender, has stepped into the F&B space with the launch of a cloud kitchen in Riyadh.

Forza focuses on Italian comfort food, built around delivery rather than dine-in, with a menu that includes dishes like tagliatelle alfredo and Philly steak pizza.

The concept draws loosely from Koulibaly’s own background. Born in France to Senegalese parents and now based in Saudi Arabia, the project reflects a mix of influences, translated here into a straightforward, delivery-first offering. Forza is currently available through the Jahez platform.
