The new centre aims to streamline access to judicial services across the emirate.
The Sharjah Judicial Department has launched the first centre under its Itmam judicial services initiative, introducing a new access point designed to enhance service delivery and simplify procedures for users across the emirate. The initiative focuses on modernising judicial services and improving customer experience through strategic partnerships with the private sector, including Injazat. The department stated that the next phase will prioritise expansion, with additional Itmam centres planned across different areas of Sharjah. The rollout aims to bring services closer to residents to support faster, more accessible and efficient delivery across the emirate. The department also expressed appreciation to the project teams and partners involved in delivering the first centre. According to the department, the Itmam centres are expected to advance capabilities by diversifying service delivery channels and raising overall service quality in line with international standards. The initiative is positioned within Sharjah’s wider programme of innovation in public services and continuous improvement within the judicial sector.
