Saudi Post Issues Stamp Marking New Riyal Symbol

Saudi Post has issued a commemorative postage stamp marking the launch of the Saudi riyal symbol, in collaboration with the Saudi Central Bank.

Priced at SAR 3, the stamp was issued in Riyadh on November 2nd, 2026. It highlights the riyal symbol’s economic and cultural significance, as well as its role as a symbol of financial sovereignty and national identity.

Saudi Post regularly releases commemorative stamps for major national and international occasions, with individual issues also collected by philatelists in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
