Qatar Airways to Resume Flights to Four Saudi Destinations

Qatar Airways is reconnecting more of Saudi Arabia with the world this winter, bringing back passenger services to Qassim, Taif, Tabuk and Yanbu and restoring direct access to its Doha hub.

The four returning routes will give travellers in these cities another gateway to more than 160 destinations worldwide through Hamad International Airport, with the resumptions rolling out between October 2026 and January 2027.

Qassim will be first, with flights returning on October 25th and operating twice a week. Taif follows on October 31st, also with twice-weekly service, while Yanbu and Tabuk return to the network on January 2nd and 3rd respectively, each with two flights a week.

The move is part of a wider winter push by Qatar Airways in Saudi Arabia. The airline plans to operate more than 155 weekly flights to the Kingdom this winter, giving travellers across the country more ways to connect through Doha.
