Emaar South is Getting an 18-Hole Golf Club Near Al Maktoum Airport
Emaar South Golf Club will pair an 18-hole championship course with a driving range, par-3 course, clubhouse and restaurant.
Golfers heading towards Dubai South will have a new reason to make the trip by the end of 2026.
Emaar South Golf Club is currently taking shape near Al Maktoum International Airport, with an 18-hole championship-standard course at the centre of the project. A driving range and a separate par-3 course will give players a shorter option for practice or a quicker round.
The club will also have a contemporary clubhouse with a restaurant, golf shop, locker rooms and guest parking, including electric vehicle charging points. Rather than operating purely as a members-only course, it is being planned as a broader leisure stop for residents, hotel guests and visitors.
Its location places it within Dubai’s expanding southern corridor, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and the growing cluster of residential and hospitality developments around Emaar South.
The project was revealed during Arabian Travel Market alongside several other hospitality developments from Emaar. A new Address Hotel is also planned for Emaar Beachfront near Dubai Harbour, with an expected opening in the second half of 2027.
Further Address properties are planned for Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and Diriyah in Saudi Arabia, extending the hotel brand into two of the region’s biggest tourism development zones.
