Football frenzy has taken over the Kingdom as the Saudi Pro League becomes the new playground for the world's top footballers. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and N'Golo Kante have left their mark on the league, but they're by no means the only ones. The league has attracted a wealth of talent from all over the world, cementing its position as a premier destination for footballers looking to make a mark on the global stage.

The government's Public Investment Fund (PIF) has taken over four of the largest clubs in the country, including Al Nassr, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli, giving them the firepower to attract the best talent from around the world. Meanwhile, other clubs have also been making huge moves in the transfer market, turning heads and raising eyebrows.

The summer of 2023 has been one for the history books, making headlines across the globe. But this is just the beginning; with the PIF's long-term vision for the league, we can expect even more excitement and drama in the years to come.

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, who has been out of work since leaving Aston Villa last year, initially denied rumors that he would be taking a job in Saudi Arabia. However, he has since taken the deal to manage Al-Ettifaq and is now considered the fourth highest-paid manager in the world.
